Uniquely identify yourself to employers by placing the following logo at the top of your resume. Employers that are partnered in the Guaranteed Interview Program will be able to distinguish you as a veteran and guarantee you an interview!

How much does it cost to join the Guaranteed Interview Program?
Nothing. The program is absolutely free, and will always be free to veterans and employers. Our goal is to maximize the number of career opportunities available to you.

How do I access the program?
You must put the program logo on the top of your resume and submit it to employers partnered in the program.

How will I know what jobs or companies I can apply to through this program?
Employers partnered in the program have their jobs automatically fed to our job feed. Other than the job feed, employers are listed on the site under “Corporate Partners”. You can visit their career sites for more info about their company.

How do I apply for jobs through the program?
When you see a job posting that you are qualified for, with a company that is part of the program, you submit your resume to them. Make sure that you have put the Guaranteed Interview program logo on the top of your resume, so the employer can tell that you are a veteran using the program.

Am I guaranteed an interview every time?
Employers partnering in the program agree to guarantee at least one veteran qualified for their job posting an interview. They may, at their discretion, interview more.

Who decides if I am qualified?
This is a voluntary program; therefore the employers decide who they feel meets the qualifications for the job posting. If you are not selected for an interview, don’t be discouraged. Keep looking for positions you are qualified for and submit resumes. Your chances of getting interviews are substantially increased through participation in this program.

If I get an interview, does it mean they have to hire me?
No. Employers will hire the candidate they think is the best fit for the position and organization. The interview gives you a chance to demonstrate your skills to the company.

Can I submit a resume to a company who is partnered in the program, even if they do not have a current job posting?
Yes, you may. However, the Guaranteed Interview Program only applies to current job postings. You must submit an application specifically for the job posting if you wish to qualify for a Guaranteed Interview.

May I apply for jobs with companies who are not in the Guaranteed Interview Program, using my resume with the program logo?
Yes. They may be thinking about joining the program, or your resume with the logo might bring it to their attention. However, if they are not partnered in the program, they are under no obligation to guarantee you an interview.

Am I obligated to use the Guaranteed Interview logo on my resume for every job I apply to?
No. This is a voluntary program.

What if I apply to a job with a company in the program, but I don’t have the logo on my resume?
The logo identifies you as a veteran. If the logo isn’t on your resume, the companies have no obligation to consider you for an interview.
