Thank you for your interest in the Guaranteed Interview Program.
As long as Company Name continues to guarantee at least one qualified veteran an interview
per job posting, it will be entitled to display the GI Program Logo (“Logo”) on its web site
and promotional materials. For this purpose, Civi-Side Inc. grants a non-exclusive license to
Company Name to use the logo worldwide until terminated as provided below.
Company Name acknowledges that the Logo is the exclusive property of Civi-Side Inc. and as
such, this agreement does not convey, transfer or assign to it any title, right or interest in and
to the Logo apart from the limited rights described here. Company Name will not do anything
which, in the reasonable opinion of Civi-Side Inc., might tend to disparage the Logo, lessen its
distinctiveness as a trademark or otherwise injure its value as a trademark.
This license shall terminate and all authority to use the Logo shall cease if Company Name
withdraws from the Guaranteed Interview Program or otherwise fails to comply with any
provision of this license. Company Name will advise Civi-Side Inc. in a timely manner of its
decision to withdraw from the program by sending an email to discontinue@civiside.com. Upon
termination of this license, Company Name shall forthwith cease displaying the Logo on its web
site and promotional materials.
If these terms are agreeable, please select “agree” and you will be automatically directed to a
page where the GI Program Logo can be downloaded in multiple formats for display by your
business.
Unfortunately, the GI Program Logo cannot not be made available to any party that fails
or refuses to agree to our standard trademark license. If you still wish to participate in the
Guaranteed Interview Program, please re-submit your company name and contact information
and agree to the terms of our standard trademark license selecting the “Agree” button in the
Trademark License window.
